According to a study by a team of researchers in Scotland, those sleeping with the phone in the bed are more nervous, they rest less and, in the long run, may have problems of concentration and memory.

The findings of the study were confirmed by a team of physicians who, following several radiographs, discovered that those who have this habit have the brain affected by the waves emitted and received by the mobile phone.

Researchers recommend that at night they keep these devices at least one meter away from the body. It is also preferable not to keep the phone on the bedside next to the bed.

Doing this increases the level of anxiety without realizing.
